大学入試改革について

～変更内容を理解して、準備しよう～ 

現在までに何度も連絡している大学入試改革の、今後の大きな動きと情報について、お知らせします。

【外部英語検定大学入試について】
 前回までの進路だよりでお知らせしていた「英語成績提供システム」を用いた「外部英語検定入試」について、先週の11月1日（金）に文部科学省より「2024年度から実施する」という見送り方針が打ち出されました。これまでは、2021年度（現高校2年生が対象）の大学入試から導入予定でしたが、4年後の受験生（現中学2年生）を対象として実施予定となりました。しかし、これは現時点での予定であり、今後の流れによっては、再度、変更になる可能性もあります。これからも変更点や方針・情報を良く理解して、慎重に準備を進めていきましょう。

【推薦入試・AO入試に関わる情報について】
〈総合型選抜（現:AO入試）〉
名称：現「AO入試」→「総合型選抜」  出願時期：現行8月～ → 9月～  合格発表：指定なし→11月～
試験内容：
 ①調査書等の出願書類だけでなく、各大学が実施する評価方法等（小論文、プレゼンテーション、口頭試問、実技、各教科・科目に係るテスト、 資格・検定試験の成績等）または「大学入学共通テスト」のうち、少なくともいずれか1つの活用を必須化する。
 ②本人の記載する資料（活動報告書、大学入学希望理由書、学修計画書等）を積極的に活用する。

〈学校推薦型選抜（現:推薦入試）〉
名称：現「推薦入試」→「学校推薦型選抜」
出願時期：11月以降(現行通り)
合格発表：指定なし→12月以降
試験内容：
 ①調査書・推薦書等の出願書類だけでなく、各大学が実施する評価方法等（小論文、プレゼンテーション、口頭試問、実技、各教科・科目に係るテスト、資格・検定試験の成績等）または「大学入学共通テスト」のうち、少なくともいずれか1つの活用を必須化する。
 ②学校長からの推薦書の中で、本人の学習歴や活動歴を踏まえた「知識・技能」 「思考力・判断力・表現力」「主体性を持って多様な人々と協働して学ぶ態度」に関する評価を記載すること、および大学が選抜に当たりこれらを活用することを必須化する。

Regarding university entrance examination reform

We would like to inform you about the big movement and information of the university entrance examination reform that we have contacted many times.

[About the entrance examination of the external English proficiency test university]
On November 1 last week, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology announced a policy of postponing the "external English proficiency examination" using the "English grading system" which had been announced in the previous Report on Career Paths. "Implement from fiscal 2024". Until now, the system had been planned to be introduced from the university entrance examinations in 2021 (For current high school sophomores), but it is now planned to be introduced for students (Current 2nd year junior high school) 4 years later. However, this is currently planned and may change again depending on future trends. Let's continue to carefully prepare by understanding the changes, policies and information.

[Information related to recommendation entrance exams and AO entrance exams]
<Integrated Selection (Now: AO entrance exam)>
Name: Current "AO entrance exam" → "integrated selection" Application Time: Current August ~ → September ~ Announcement of the passing: No designation → November ~
Test description:
(1) In addition to application documents such as search documents, at least one of the evaluation methods, etc. (Short essays, presentations, oral examinations, practical skills, tests pertaining to each subject and subject, results of qualifications and examinations, etc.) or "Common test for university entrance" conducted by each university shall be required to be utilized.
(2) The data written by the individual (Activity reports, written reasons for applying for university entrance, school study plans, etc.) shall be actively utilized.

<Selection based on school recommendations (Present: Entrance examination by recommendation)>
Name: Current "recommendation entrance examination" → "Selection based on school recommendation"
Application period: November or later (As is currently the case)
Announcement of acceptance: No designation → After December
Test description:
(1) In addition to application documents such as search documents and recommendation documents, at least one of evaluation methods, etc. (Short essays, presentations, oral examinations, practical skills, tests pertaining to each subject and subject, results of qualifications and examinations, etc.) or "Common test for university entrance" implemented by each university shall be required to be utilized.
(2) In the recommendation letter from the school principal, it shall be essential to include an evaluation of "An attitude to learn in cooperation with diverse people with independence" "Ability to think, judge, and express" and "knowledge and skills" based on the student's learning history and activity history, and to utilize these in the selection of universities.
