39メールの不具合について（SoftBank・Y!mobile ユーザーの皆様へ）
これまで問題なくメール受信できていたメール会員様より「何もスマホの設定を変更していないのに、最近メールが届かなくなった」という問合せがありました。
以下の対処方法をご覧ください。

We have received an inquiry from a mail member who has been able to receive mail without any problem that "I haven't changed any settings on my smartphone, but recently I haven't received any emails.".
