Refund of JR East Commuter Pass
On February 28, 2020, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology issued a notice requesting boards of education and other organizations nationwide to temporarily close elementary, junior high and high schools and special needs schools from March 2, 2020 in order to prevent the spread of the Novel Coronavirus infection.
