令和２年度入学式再度変更のお知らせ
4月4日に第57回入学式の日程等の変更のお知らせを致しましたが、入学式の実施形態を再度変更させていただくこととなりました。 急な変更が重なり、新入生ならびに保護者の皆さまにはご迷惑をおかけ致しますが、安全面に配慮して入学式を挙行致しますので、ご理解・ご協力のほど よろしくお願い申し上げます。
なお、今後の状況により、さらなる変更がある場合には本校ホームページでご連絡致しますので本校ホームページのご確認をお願い致します。

令和２年度入学式再度変更のお知らせ
４月７日付けで政府から発令されました「緊急事態宣言」を踏まえ、本校におきましても再度新型コロナウイルス感染拡大予防について検討し、最大限密集状態を避ける配慮を行い、令和２年度入学式につきましては、保護者の皆様にはご参加をいただかず、新入生のみの参加にて実施致しますことを、ご理解くださるようお願い致します。
新入生オリエンテーションに加え入学式までも盛大に行うことができず誠に心苦しい限りですが、教職員一同お子様のご入学を心からお祝いし、一人ひとりを大切に育てて参る所存です。
なお、詳細な時間帯と内容は下記の通りとなります。

１．日 時 令和２年４月１０日（金）※変更無し
２．式 場 尚志高等学校 各ホームルーム教室
３．登校時刻 ８時３５分
★新入生は、同封致しましたクラス発表で自分のクラスを確認し、８時３５分までに
自分の教室に入室して下さい。（★4月8日にすべての入学生へ文書等を発送。遠方は4月7日に速達で送付。）
４．日 程
(１) ホームルーム ８時３５分 ～ ８時５５分
(２) 入 学 式 ９時００分 ～ ９時３０分 ※放送での実施となります。
(３) ホームルーム ９時４０分 ～ １１時３０分
※今後の予定確認や写真撮影に加え、自宅学習を円滑に進めるためのiPadの配付とClassiやスタディサプリ等の設定も行います。
※早めに終了した場合は、終了した時点で下校となります。
(４) 入 寮 式 １１時４５分 ～ １２時００分（Ｄ校舎５階スカイホール）
※寮生のみの参加となります。
５．その他
（１）スクールバス発車時刻
ＪＲ郡山駅西口発 ７時５０分（尚志高校直行）
尚志高等学校発 １２時００分（ＪＲ郡山駅西口直行）
（２）自家用車送迎場所
○郡山カルチャーパーク第４駐車場 >>（校内に駐車場はありません）
○駐車場の開場は７時００分、閉場は１２時３０分です。
○カルチャーパークより学校までシャトルバスを運行します。
７時２０分から随時運行します。（所要時間約１５分）最終の発車時刻は８時２０分を予定しています。
帰りも同様にシャトルバスを１１時２０分～１２時１５分まで運行します。
○本校近くでの生徒の送迎は渋滞の原因になりますので絶対になさらないようお願い致します。
（３）持 参 物 ○カバン、筆記用具、上履き(制定サンダル）、諸調査冊子
（４）連絡事項
○各種証明書については、事前申込者には代金と引換えに生徒に渡します。
事前申し込みのない生徒には事務室で対応します。
○座布は、次週のホームルームの時間に販売します（代金 2,000円）。
○なお、その他ご心配な事がございましたら、お電話にて対応致しますので学校までご連絡ください。

（５）新型コロナウイルス感染症予防策について
・37.5度以上の発熱や風邪の症状がある場合。
・強いだるさ（倦怠感）、息苦しさ（呼吸困難）がある場合。
〇教室に入室する際は、石鹸による手洗い、消毒液による手指の消毒を確実に行って下さい。
教室出入り口に消毒液がありますので利用してください。
〇咳エチケットやマスクの着用を徹底してください。
市販のマスクが入手困難な場合は、手作りの布マスクを準備してください。

Notice of the RE-CHANGE of the 2020 enrollment ceremony
In light of the "declaration of emergency" issued by the government on April 7, we would like to ask for your understanding that our school will once again consider the prevention of the spread of Novel Coronavirus infection (COVID-19) and take care to avoid the maximum concentration, and that the enrollment ceremony for the 2020 academic year will be held only for new students without the participation of parents.
We are truly sorry for not being able to hold a grand entrance ceremony in addition to the orientation for new students, but the entire faculty and staff will sincerely congratulate the entrance of your child and raise each and every one of you with care.
The time zone and details are as follows.
NOTE
1.DATE: Friday, April 10, 2020 * No Alternation
2.PLACE: Each homeroom class of Shoshi High School
3.ATTENDANCE TIME: 8:35
★ Freshmen will be able to confirm their class with the enclosed class announcement by 8:35.
Please enter your classroom. (★ Documents will be sent to all new students on April 8, and sent to a distant area by express on April 7.）
4.SCHELDULE
(1) Home Room 8:35 to 8:55
(2) Entrance Ceremony: 9:00 to 9:30 * Broadcast.
(3) Home Room 9:40 to 11:30
* In addition to checking future plans and taking photos, we will distribute iPad and set up Classi and study supplements to facilitate home learning.
* If you finish early, you will be dismissed at the end of the class.
(4) Entrance ceremony: 11:45 to 12:00 (Sky Hall on the 5th floor of D-Building)
* Only dormitory students participate.
5.OTHER
(1)SCHOOL BUS BUS DEPARTURE TIME
7:50 from West exit of JR Koriyama Station (Direct to Shoshi High School)
12:00 from Shoshi High School (Direct to JR Koriyama Station West Entrance)
(2)CAR PICKUP AREA
○ Koriyama Culture Park Parking Lot 4 >> （We have NO PARKING LOT in the school.）
○ The parking lot opens at 7:00 and closes at 12:30.
○ Shuttle bus from Culture Park to school.
It runs at any time from 7:20. (Time required: About 15 minutes) The last bus is scheduled to leave at 8:20.
The shuttle bus also runs from 11:20 to 12:15 on the way back.
○ Please DO NOT pick up or drop off students near our school, as this may cause traffic jams.
(3)BELONGINGS
○ Bags, writing utensils, indoor shoes (Shoshi School Sandal), various survey booklets
(4)NOTES
○ Various certificates will be given to the student in exchange for the price to the applicant in advance.
Students who don't apply in advance will be dealt with in the office.
○ Cushion will be sold at homeroom time in the forthcoming week (The price is 2,000 yen.).

(5)Measures to prevent Novel Coronavirus infections
If you have a fever of over 37.5 degrees or symptoms of a cold.
If you have a strong sluggishness (malaise) or difficulty breathing (dyspnoea).
○When entering the classroom, be sure to wash your hands with soap and disinfect your fingers with antiseptic solution.
There is disinfectant at the entrance of the classroom, so please use it.
○Please make sure to wear a mask and cough etiquette.
If commercial masks are not available, prepare hand-made cloth masks.
