企業の８６％が採用面接をオンラインで実施

　アメリカのGartnerの調査によると、米企業の約86％が、採用に向けた選考に向けた選考をする際にオンライン面接を利用したそうです。そしてGartnerは今後ソーシャルディスタンス確保が求められなくなっても、オンライン採用活動は当たり前になる可能性があると指摘しています。

　また、先行きが不透明な中、採用計画の見直しも進んでいるようです。たとえば、44％が候補者の勤務開始日を遅らせ、31％はインターシップ受け入れを取りやめ。63％は、採用予定だった職種の半数以上を凍結させたとのことです。

　アメリカの例ではありますが、日本でも似たことが起こるのは容易に想像できますよね。
