時代の期待（［就活］フォロワー１万人で即最終面接）
大手メガネチェーンを展開する国内企業「ＯＷＮＤＡＹＳ」（イオンタウン郡山にもあります）は、TwitterかInstagramのフォロワーが１万人以上の人を対象にインフルエンサー採用を実施しているそうです。エントリーや書類選考、筆記試験などが免除され、すぐに最終面接に進めるというもの。さらに、採用されればインフルエンサー手当で毎月５万円が基本給にプラスされます。
2017年10月にこの採用枠を導入してから計３名を採用。現在も多い月で10～15名ほどの応募があるとか。もちろん、お金でフォロワーを買うようなことをすればたちまち見抜かれますよ。

The domestic eyewear chain "OWNDAYS" (It is also in Aeon Town Koriyama.) is hiring influencers with more than 10,000 followers on Twitter or Instagram. They will be exempted from entry, document screening, and written tests, and will immediately proceed to the final interview. In addition, if you are hired, 50,000 yen will be added to your base salary every month as an influencer allowance.
