新型コロナによる大学入試日程の変更
～大学入学者選抜要項～
文部科学省より、「大学入学者選抜実施要項」が発表されました。
最も早い総合型選抜の出願は、予定されていた９月１日から２週間遅らせますが、それを除けば日程に変更はありません。ただし、「学習の遅れ」を理由にした共通テストの第２日程（追試）の設定や、各大学の個別試験における出題範囲の配慮など、例年と異なる対応も示されています。
（1）日程について
・総合型選抜の出願開始は9月15日（2週間後ろ倒し）
・学校推薦型選抜の出願開始は11月1日（予定通り）
・大学入学共通テスト（第1日程）は1月16、17日（予定通り）
（2）第2日程（追試）、その他について
・共通テストは1月30、31日を「第2日程」として設定。第1日程の追試を兼ねる。さらに第2日程の追試として、2月13、14日に「特例追試」を設定
・第2日程は47都道府県に会場を設定（これまでは東京と大阪のみ）
・第2日程の受験は、病気やけがなどの理由のほか「学習の遅れ」が理由でも認める
・第2日程の難易度は第1日程と同じとし、得点調整はしない
・各大学の個別試験についても追試の設定を求める
・個別試験では、主に高3で学習する科目で発展的な学習内容から出題しないよう出題範囲の削減や、選択問題を増やすことを大学に求める
これを基に、大学入学共通テスト実施要項や各大学の選抜要項が作成されます。上記最後の出題範囲の削減に関しては、あくまで大学側に「求める」としか書いてありませんので、詳細は各大学の選抜要項を確認してください。確定していない情報については、それを鵜呑みにして学習内容を減らすことのないよう注意しましょう。

Changing the Admissions Schedule through measures to prevent Coronavirus infections
- Guidelines for Selection of University Entrants -
The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology announced the "Guidelines for Selection of University Entrants".
The earliest integrated selection application will be delayed by two weeks from the scheduled September 1, but there will be no change in the schedule. However, the guidelines show responses that are different from usual years, such as the setting of the second day of the common test (makeup exam) for the reason that "delay in learning" and consideration for the range of questions in individual examinations at each university.
(1)About the schedule
・Applications for integrated selection started on September 15 (Two weeks back.).
・Applications for school recommendation system started on November 1 (on schedule).
・The Common Test for University Admissions (first schedule) will be held on January 16 and 17 (on schedule).
(2)Regarding the second schedule (makeup exam) and others
・The common test set January 30 and 31 as "2nd Schedule". I will also take a makeup examination on the first day. In addition, "special makeup examination" was set on February 13 and 14 as a makeup examination for the second schedule.
・Schedule 2 will be held in 47 prefectures (Until now only Tokyo and Osaka)
・In addition to reasons such as illness or injury, "delay in learning" are also allowed to take the examination for the second period.
・The difficulty level of the second schedule shall be the same as that of the first schedule, and no score adjustment shall be made.
・require universities to set up makeup examinations for individual examinations
・In individual examinations, universities are required to reduce the scope of questions and increase the number of elective questions so that they do not take questions based on what they have learnt in developing areas, mainly in subjects that they study at the third year of high school.
Based on above, the guidelines for the Common University Entrance Examination and the selection guidelines for each university are prepared. Regarding the reduction of the range of questions mentioned above, the university has only written "ask for" so please check the selection guidelines of each university for details. Be careful not to swallow unconfirmed information and reduce your learning.
