コロナで雇用情勢はどう変わる？
県内の有効求人倍率（求職者数÷求人件数）はほとんどの地域で軒並み１倍を下回り、本校３年生の就職希望者も厳しい状況に追い込まれています。（※有効求人倍率はGDPの伸びなどに合わせて推移するので、景気判断の材料となる）
２００９年のリーマンショックのときは、GDPが回復するのに４年程度かかりました。コロナショックはリーマンショックのときよりもGDPがさらに落ち込んでおり、収束もまだ見えない状況。つまり４年よりも長くかかるだろうと考えられます。つまり、厳しい雇用情勢は４～６年後に就活を行う大学進学者にも降りかかるということ。あなたは何を準備しますか？

How will the new Corona change the employment situation?
The effective job opening ratio (the number of job seekers divided by the number of job openings) is less than 1:1 in most areas of the prefecture, and our 3rd-year students are also experiencing a difficult time in their job search. (*The effective job offer-to-jobseeker ratio is in line with the growth of GDP and is therefore an indicator of the economy.）
During the 2009 Lehman shock, it took about four years for GDP to recover. The Corona shock is even more depressing for GDP than the Lehman shock, and there is still no convergence in sight. This means that it will take longer than four years. This means that the tough employment situation will fall on college-bound students who will be job hunting in 4 to 6 years. What will you be prepared for?
