東日本大震災から10年
東日本大震災から10年となった今日3月11日。今朝の国旗掲揚では、半旗が掲げられました。
また、東日本大震災で亡くなられた方々のご冥福と被災地の一日も早い復興を願って、発生時刻（午後2時46分）に、一分間の黙祷を捧げ、犠牲になられた方々の冥福を祈り、命の尊さをかみしめました。
Today, March 11, marks 10 years since the Great East Japan Earthquake. This morning, flags were flown at half-staff at the national flag raising ceremony. We also offered a minute's silence at 2:46 pm to pray for the repose of the souls of those who lost their lives in the Great East Japan Earthquake and for the earliest possible recovery of the affected areas.
