新型コロナウイルス感染症への対応について

　向春の候、保護者の皆様におかれましては、日頃より尚志高校の教育活動に対しご理解とご協力を頂きまして、誠にありがとうございます。
　新型コロナウイルス感染症への対応につきましては、感染経路の分からない感染者の発生と拡大、小学生や中学生の罹患といった段階を踏まえて、感染拡大のリスクを可能な限り減らすため、文部科学省および厚生労働省からの通達を参考に、当面以下のように対応することとしますのでご理解、ご協力のほどお願い申し上げます。

記

１．本日2月26日（水）から3月31日（火）までの期間、感染予防に十分配慮した上での平常の授業や進路関係の講座などを優先して実施します。また、多数の人が集まる学校行事や学年集会をはじめとした校内での集会も原則として実施する予定ですが、校内、郡山市内や近隣の状況、各機関からの情報をもとに判断します。
　保護者の皆様には学校行事や集会へのご参加の際には、次の内容に留意ください。

・37.5 度以上の発熱や風邪の症状がある場合、参加はご遠慮ください。 ・強いだるさ（倦怠感）、息苦しさ（呼吸困難）がある場合、参加はご遠慮ください。 ・教室やトイレなどへの出入りの際には、石鹸による手洗い、消毒液による手指の消毒を心がけてください。各所に消毒液等の準備がございます。 ・咳エチケットや適切なマスクの着用を心がけてください。 ・高齢の方、糖尿病、心不全、呼吸器疾患（COPD 等）の基礎疾患がある方や透析を受けている方、免疫抑制剤や抗がん剤等を用いている方は、感染・発症した際に重症化しやすいため、参加はご遠慮ください。

２． 3 月3 日（火）の第５４回卒業証書授与式については、１、２年生で卒業式の係になっていない生徒は自宅学習日とします。3月4日（水）はスタディサポートを実施しますので、スタディチャージを用いて学習をして下さい。なお、卒業式関連行事（全体指導・予餞会・卒業式予行演習）については通常登校となります。

３．部活動については、活動前に必ず生徒の健康管理を徹底し、発熱、倦怠感、咳などの症状のある生徒については参加をさせないなどの対策をとった上で活動します。休日など部活動を行うために登校する際には、ご家庭にて健康状態を確認してください。校外の対外試合や交流などの活動（部活動や集会）については、主催団体の判断をもとに活動参加を学校で決定します。また、校内での対外試合、交流などの活動も同様とします。

４．37.5 度以上の発熱、倦怠感、咳などの症状のある生徒については、必ず医療機関の受診をお願いします。この症状のある生徒については、医療機関での診察が確認されれば新型コロナウイルス感染の有無に関係なく出席停止の扱いとします。

５．休日や春季休業日における外出について、不要不急の外出を避けて、体調の維持管理を心がけて下さい。特に大勢の人が集まる場所への出入りや、密閉された空間の出入りには必ずマスクの着用・手洗い・消毒液による手指の消毒を心がけ、感染症対策を万全に行って下さい。

※新型コロナウイルス感染状況を確認しながら、上記の期間内であっても、対応を変更する場合があります。また、4 月1 日（水）以降の対応については、今後の状況を見極めながら、それぞれの行事や活動について個別に判断し、早めに連絡をするようにいたします。

Dear Guardians of 1st and 2nd graders

Response to Novel Coronavirus Infection

We would like to express my sincere gratitude to all parents and guardians for their understanding and cooperation in the educational activities of Shoshi High School.
With regard to the response to the Novel Coronavirus Infection, we will take the following measures for the time being based on the notifications from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology and the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in order to reduce the risk of the spread of infection as much as possible, taking into account the stages of the outbreak and spread of the infected persons whose infection route is unknown and the diseases of elementary and junior high school students. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Notice

1. From today, Wednesday, February 26 to Tuesday, March 31, we will give priority to regular classes and courses related to career paths, while giving due consideration to infection prevention. We also plan to hold school events and school year meetings that draw large numbers of people in principle, but we will make a decision based on information from schools, Koriyama City and the surrounding area, and other institutions.
Guardians are requested to pay attention to the following points when attending school events and meetings.

・Please refrain from participating if you have a fever over 37.5 degree Celsius or symptoms of a cold. ・Please refrain from participating if you feel heavy (malaise) or have difficulty breathing (dyspnoea). ・When you go in and out of the classroom or the toilet, please make sure to wash your hands with soap and disinfect your fingers with antiseptic solution. Disinfectant is available everywhere. ・Please try to wear cough etiquette and appropriate mask. ・Elderly people, people with underlying diseases such as diabetes, heart failure, respiratory diseases (COPD, etc.), people undergoing dialysis, and people using immunosuppressants, anticancer drugs, etc. should refrain from participating in the event of infection or onset of symptoms because they are likely to become severe.

2. For the 54th Graduation ceremony on Tuesday, March 3, students in the 1st and 2nd grades who are not in charge of the graduation ceremony will study at home. Study support will be provided on Wednesday, March 4, so please learn using Study Charges. For graduation ceremony related events (Guidance, Farewell Party, Seminar for Graduation Ceremony), students usually come to school.

3. As for the club activities, we must ensure that students' health is carefully monitored before the activities, and we must take measures such as not allowing students with symptoms such as fever, malaise, and cough to participate. Please check your health condition at home when you come to school for club activities such as holidays. The school decides whether to participate in external matches and exchanges (Club activities and meetings) based on the judgment of the host organization. In addition, the same applies to activities such as external matches and exchanges within the school.

4. Students who have a fever over 37.5 degree Celsius, have symptoms such as fever, malaise, or cough above the normal level should visit a medical institution. Students with these symptoms will be suspended, regardless of whether they are infected with the Novel Coronavirus, if they are confirmed to be seen by medical institutions.

5. When going out on holidays or spring holidays, please try to maintain and manage your health by avoiding unnecessary and non-urgent outings. In particular, when entering or leaving a place where a large number of people gather, or when entering or leaving a closed space, be sure to wear a mask, wash your hands, and disinfect your fingers with disinfectant, and take all possible measures against infectious diseases.

*While checking for Novel Coronavirus Infection status, we may change our response even within the above period. As for the response after April 1 (Wed), we will judge each event and activity individually and contact you as soon as possible while observing the situation.
