簡単に言うと、「学力を必ず測りましょう」「主体的な活動を評価しましょう」ということ。各大学は学力の３要素をどの入試でどのように評価するのかを、学生募集要項で明記しています。今までのように「学力が高い」や「まじめに学校生活を送っている」だけでは、思うような評価が得られないということです。
１年生のときから何をやってどんな力を身に付けてきたのか。そしてそれを評価してくれるのはどの大学のどの受験型なのか。そのマッチングがこれからの大学入試の大きなポイントになります。

Simply put, "Be sure to measure your academic ability." "Let's evaluate the initiative.". Each university specifies in its student application guidelines how and in which entrance examinations the three elements of academic ability are evaluated. It means that we cannot get the desired evaluation only by "have high academic ability" and "live a decent school life" as we have done so far.
What did you do and what kind of strength did you have since your first year? And which university and which entrance examination type will evaluate it? That matching will be a big point of future university entrance examinations.
