新社会人へ向けての第一歩

　新社会人として、入社前に準備しておくべき「社会人としての心構え」や「ビジネスマナー等の確認」、および「就労意識の向上」を目的に、３年生の就職内定者を対象として第２回３学年就職準備講習会を実施しました。講師としてお招きした、一般社団法人キャリア支援機構の諸岡重則先生、株式会社 日向の長谷川栄二先生、大久自動車販売株式会社の岡﨑早苗先生の、それぞれの先生方の話に真剣に耳を傾け、「高校生から社会人へと変わるために」という緊張感を持って取り組みました。

  ＜就職準備講習会の内容　～ビジネスマナーについて～＞

１．身だしなみ
　「身だしなみは、会う人への思いやり」という意味があります。周りの人に不快感を与えないようにすることが「身だしなみ」なのです。常に、相手・周りの人々・その時・それぞれの場合に合った、違和感のない装いなどに気を配ることが重要です。高校での制服の着こなしも同じで、通じるものがあります。
①身だしなみとオシャレを区別する。
②全体として清潔感が溢れている。
③調和のとれた身だしなみを心掛ける。
④合理的で働きやすい身だしなみを心掛ける。

２．あいさつ
　挨拶は、「相手を尊重する気持ちを表現する」最も基本的なマナーです。社会人であるならば、その場に相応しい挨拶が自然にできるようでなければなりません。
①あかるく笑顔で挨拶をする。 　　　　
②いつも自分から挨拶をする。
③さきに相手の名前を呼んで挨拶する。
④つねに相手の気持ちや立場を考えて挨拶をする。

３．言葉づかい
　社会人になると、今まであまり使わなかった言葉を使う必要があります。はじめは、なかなか慣れないかも知れませんが、意識して話をしていく内に必ず身についてきます。適切な言葉づかいを心掛けましょう
①丁寧語（です・ます・ございます）　
②尊敬語（相手の動作や状態に直接敬意を表す）
③謙譲語（自分や身内の動作や状態をへりくだる・身内は対応する人で変化する）

４．職場で守ること（社会人としてのマナー）
　会社によっては、独自のルールがあるところもあります。入社して先輩方に教えてもらうことは、その会社が長年培ってきた習慣です。それらの習慣に慣れることで、より仕事がしやすくなります。
①挨拶は自分から
②時間を守る
③公私混同しない
④整理整頓
⑤勝手な行動をしない
⑥ノックしてから入室する
⑦自分から進んで仕事をする
⑧相手の目を見て話を聞く
⑨うなずくだけではなく返事をする
⑩メモとペンを手元におく

 First Step for New Employees

For the purpose of "attitude as a member of society", "Confirmation of business manners, etc." and "Raising Awareness of Employment" to be prepared before joining the company as a new member of society, we held the 2nd 3rd-grade employment preparation seminar for the 3rd-grade job seekers. As a lecturer, I listened carefully to the talks of Mr. Morooka of the Career Support Organization, Mr. Hasegawa of Hyuga, Inc., and Ms. Okazaki of DaiQ Automobile Sales Co., Ltd., with a sense of urgency, "In order to change from a high school student to a working adult".

<The content of the employment preparation seminar ~ Business etiquette ~>

1.appearance
It means "Beauty is compassion for the people you meet.". "appearance" means not to offend people around you. It is important to always pay attention to clothing that is suitable for the person you are dealing with, the people around you, at the time, and in each case, without any sense of incongruity. It is the same with the way of dressing in school uniform in high school, and there is something similar.
(1) Distinguish between appearance and fashion.
(2) There is a sense of cleanliness as a whole.
(3) Strive for a well-balanced appearance.
(4) Try to have a reasonable and comfortable appearance.

2.greeting
Greeting is the most basic manner "express one's respect for others". If you are a member of society, you need to be able to greet people in a way that is appropriate for the occasion.
(1) Greet with a light smile.
(2) I always greet myself.
(3) First call the person's name and say hello. (4) Always consider the other person's feelings and position when greeting.

3.language
When you become a member of society, you need to use words that you have rarely used before. You may not get used to it at first, but you will learn it as you speak consciously. Let's try to use proper language.
(1) Polite language (Yes, sir.)
(2) Respectful language (show direct respect for the other person's actions and state)
(3) Kenjogo (To humble oneself or one's family's actions or conditions; one's family changes depending on one's counterpart)

4.Protecting in the workplace (manner as a member of society)
Some companies have their own rules. It is a custom that the company has cultivated for many years to learn from seniors after entering the company. Getting used to these habits can make your job easier.
(1) Greeting should be done in the following manner
(2) Be punctual
(3) Do not confuse public and private matters
(4) Organize,
(5) Do not act arbitrarily
(6) Knock before entering the room.
(7) Work willingly
(8) Look at the other person and listen to him/her
(9) Not only nod but also reply
(10) Keep notes and pen handy
