緊急事態宣言発令（４月１６日）後の寮における新型コロナウイルス感染防止の対応について

　令和２年４月１６日に発令されました緊急事態宣言に従い、尚志高校が令和２年４月１８日（土）〜５月１０日（日）を臨時休校とすることに伴い、寮も閉鎖とします。部活動も臨時休校期間中は一切禁止となります。
　ただし、帰省することにより逆に感染の可能性が高いなど心配がある場合や帰省が困難な場合は、保護者の意向を部活動顧問が確認し、保護者の意向に沿った形で寮に残ることも許可します。
　寮生のみなさん、寮生の保護者の皆様には、学習や部活動についての不安や心配があるかと存じますが、寮としましては、寮生の健康と寮生活の安全・安心を確保するため、最大限の対応をして参りたいと考えておりますので、下記の内容につきましてご理解ご協力くださいますよう、よろしくお願い致します。

記

１．帰省する場合
　①実家に帰省する場合には、保護者などの自家用車を利用することを原則とする。
　②やむを得ず公共交通機関を利用する場合も、マスク着用・手洗いの徹底をするなど、感染防止対策を徹底
　　して帰省をする。
　③帰省後は、帰寮日までの期間について、日常的な感染防止対策を徹底して行い、不要不急の外出を一切行
　　わず、朝晩の検温・健康状態チェックを確実に行ってチェックシートに記入し、免疫力を高める生活をする。
　（検温・健康状態チェックは、毎日記入後保護者の確認印を毎日受ける。）
　④帰寮日は、５月７日（木）〜９日（土）までの期間とし、入寮する前に検温・健康状態チェックシートに
　　より、帰省期間に健康状態に異常がなかったかどうか、現在も異常がないかどうかを確実に確認して入寮を
　　許可する。
　　※今回は、帰省期間中の検温並びに健康状態チェックシートにより健康観察を行い、帰寮後に2週間の隔離
　　生活による健康観察は行わない。

２．寮に残る場合
　①帰省者と同様に日常的な感染防止対策を徹底して行い、不要不急の外出を一切行わず、朝晩の検温・健康
　　状態チェックを確実に行ってチェックシートに記入し、免疫力を高める生活をする。
　　（検温・健康状態チェックは、記入後寮当直者の確認印を毎日受ける。）
　②部活動は禁止であるが、９：００〜１５：００までの間は、第１グランド・第２グラウンドにおいて
　　２時間以内のランニング等の体力維持のための個人的な運動は許可する。体育館やトレーニング室などの
　　屋内の使用は一切許可しない。
　③食事は、通常通りのメニューと時間帯に提供する。　

３．帰省先で、寮生本人や家族が感染した場合、又は濃厚接触者となった場合
　①基本的には、保健所の指示に従う。
　　※感染した場合、病院を退院後自宅で2週間の健康観察を行い異常が無い場合に帰寮を許可することになり
　　ます。感染した場合は1ヶ月程度は、寮には戻れません。
　　※寮生本人・家族が感染及び濃厚接触者となった場合は、速やかに学校に連絡をお願いします。

　②保健所から本人や家族が濃厚接触者として判断された場合は、判断後2週間の検温・健康状態チェック
　　シートの項目に異常が無い場合は、帰寮を許可する。異常が認められた場合は、保健所の指示に従う。
　③本人や家族が濃厚接触者として判断され、自宅待機を要請された場合で、休校期間を超えて学校を休むこと
　　になった場合は、学校は出席停止扱いとなる。

４．寮内で、寮生本人が感染した場合、又は濃厚接触者となった場合
　①基本的には、保健所の指示に従う。
　　※感染した場合、病院を退院後そのまま帰省し、自宅で2週間の健康観察を行い異常が無い場合に帰寮を許可
　　することになります。感染した場合は１ヶ月程度は、寮には戻れません。
　②保健所から本人が濃厚接触者として判断された場合は、すぐに別施設又は寮内で隔離後2週間の検温・健康
　　状態チェックシートの項目に異常が無い場合は、通常の寮生活を許可する。異常が認められた場合は、
　　保健所の指示に従う。
　③本人が濃厚接触者として判断され、別施設又は寮内での隔離を要請された場合で、休校期間を超えて学校を
　　休むことになった場合は、学校は出席停止扱いとなる。

＜確認＞
〇寮内での新型コロナウイルス感染症予防対策
　①毎朝寮生の登校後(又はに、寮職員が寮内の消毒を行う。
　②寮生全員が、感染症対策として、うがい、手洗い、体調管理を徹底して行う。
　③寮生全員が、不要不急の外出を一切行わない。やむを得ず外出する場合は、必ずマスクを着用する。
　④寮生全員が、毎朝晩検温と健康チェックを行う。
　⑤寮の入り口にアルコール消毒液を準備し、帰寮時に手指の消毒を行う。

Measures to Prevent New-type Coronavirus Infection in Dormitories
after a Declaration of Emergency (April 16)

In accordance with the emergency declaration issued on April 16, 2020, the dormitory will be closed for the period from Saturday, April 18, 2020 to Sunday, May 10. Club activities are also prohibited during temporary school holidays.

However, if there is a high possibility of infection by returning home, or if it is difficult to return home, the club activity advisor will check the parents' intention and allow them to stay in the dormitory according to their wishes.

We understand that the residents and their guardians have concerns and concerns about learning and club activities, but we will do our utmost to ensure the health of the residents and the safety and security of their lives.

NOTICE

1.When returning home
① When returning to one's parents' home, it is a general rule to use a private car such as a parent's car.
② If you are forced to use public transportation, take thorough measures to prevent infection, such as wearing masks and washing your hands, and return home.
③ After returning home, thoroughly implement daily infection prevention measures until the return day, do not go out unnecessarily or urgently, and check the temperature and health condition in the morning and evening without fail.
Fill out the blanks and live a life that enhances immunity.
(After filling out the temperature and health checks every day, parents must receive a confirmation stamp every day.)
④ The day to return to the dormitory is from Thursday, May 7 to 9th (Sat), and according to the temperature measurement and health condition check sheet before entering the dormitory, whether there was any abnormality in the health condition during the return period, as of now.
After confirming whether there is no abnormality, the dormitory is permitted.
*In this case, health observation is conducted using the temperature and health condition check sheet during the homecoming period, and after returning to the dormitory, health observation is not conducted in isolation for two weeks.

2.If you stay in the dormitory
① As with returnees, daily infection prevention measures should be thoroughly implemented, and all unnecessary and non-urgent outings should be avoided. The temperature and health status should be checked in the morning and evening, and the check sheet should be filled in. Immunity should be maintained.

② Club activities are prohibited, but until 9: 00 ~ 15: 00, personal exercises such as running within 2 hours on the 1st and 2nd grounds are allowed.

3.When a resident or his/her family member is infected or has become a close contact at the place where he/she returns home
① Basically, follow the instructions of the public health center.
*If you are infected, you will be allowed to return to the dormitory if you have no abnormality after 2 weeks of health observation at home after leaving the hospital. If you get infected, you can't go back to the dormitory for about a month.
*Students and their families should contact the school immediately if they become infected or close contacts. (School Phone: 024-951-3500)

② If the person or family member is judged as a close contact person by the public health center, the person or family member is allowed to return to the dormitory if there are no abnormalities in the temperature and health check sheets for two weeks after the judgment. There is an abnormality.  If so, follow the instructions of the public health center.

③ If the student or his/her family is judged to be a close contact and is asked to stay at home, the school will be suspended if he/she is absent from school for longer than the period during which the school is closed.

4.When the resident himself/herself is infected or has become a close contact person within the dormitory
① Basically, follow the instructions of the public health center.
*If you get infected, you will leave the hospital and go home directly, and you will be allowed to return to the dormitory if there is no abnormality after 2 weeks of health observation at home. If you get infected, it takes about a month, you can't go back to the dormitory.
② If the person is judged by the public health center to be a close contact person, and if there is no abnormality in the items on the temperature and health check sheet for two weeks after isolation in another facility or dormitory immediately, an ordinary dormitory student.  The activity is permitted. If any abnormalities are observed, follow the instructions of the public health center.
③ If a person is judged to be a close contact and is requested to be isolated in another facility or dormitory, and the person is absent from school beyond the school holiday period, the school will be suspended.

Measures to prevent new coronavirus infections in the dormitory
① After the students of the dormitory come to school every morning (or the dormitory staff disinfects the inside of the dormitory.
② All residents in the dormitory should gargle, wash their hands and take care of their health to prevent infectious diseases.
③ All residents of the dormitory do not go out of the house for any reason. Always wear a mask when going out.
④ All the students in the dormitory check their temperature and health every morning and evening.
⑤ Alcohol disinfectant is prepared at the entrance of the dormitory, and hands are disinfected when returning to the dormitory.
