基調教育
11月25日、2年生と3年生は各教室でオンラインによる基調教育、 1年生は体育館で基調教育と尚志行が行われました。
1年生は今回が初めての尚志行のため、 座禅の仕方や警策の受け方などを教わりながら尚志行を行っていました。
On November 25, the 2nd and 3rd graders participated in a classroom-based keynote education, while the 1st graders participated keynote education and Shoshi-Gyo.
As this was the first time for the 1st year students to participate in Shoshi Gyo, they were taught how to do Zazen and how to take Zen meditation.
