平成３１年度（令和元年度）スタート
新たな取り組みを始めよう

｢初春の令月（れいげつ）にして、気淑(よ)く風和らぎ、梅は鏡前の粉を披(ひら)き、蘭は珮後(はいご)の香を薫らす｣

　平成３１年度（令和元年度）が始まり、万葉集の一節より「令和」という新たな和暦の元号が決まりました。この文の意味は、「春の、とてもよい月（時期）には、なごやかで清んだ風がふき、鏡の前の美女が装うお白いの粉のように梅の花が咲き、蘭の花のとても良い香りが立ち込めている。」　というような内容になります。

「令月」とは、「何を始めるにも良い月」という意味で、２月下旬から４月上旬の、ちょうど今頃の時期のことをいうのだそうです。

　生徒の皆さんも、新たな気持ちで、新たなクラスや新たなクラスメイト、新たな学年の一員として順調な学校生活をスタートさせていきましょう。
そして、今まで、やってこなかった「新しい取り組み」を始めることをお勧めします。今は、「和やかな風の吹く、何を始めるのにも良い月」なのですから。

【高校生活の到達目標】

●１年生（自己理解）・・・「自分が将来、何をしたいのか」を良く考えて、目標を確立していきましょう。

●２年生（自己啓発）・・・具体的な進路希望を決めて、それに向けて「自分が何をすればよいのか」を理解し、自分を励まし、頑張る時期です。

●３年生（自己実現）・・・進路希望を達成するために、主体的（自ら考え、判断する）に行動し、実現させましょう。

Start of FY 2019
Let's start a new initiative.

"In the month of early spring, the wind calms down and the plum blossoms play the powder in front of the mirror and the orchid smells the incense after it."

With the start of fiscal 2019, a new Japanese calendar era called "Reiwa" was established based on a passage from the Manyoshu. The meaning of this statement would be something like, "In spring, at a very good time, a calm and clean breeze blows, and plum flowers bloom like white powder worn by a beautiful woman in front of a mirror, with a very pleasant fragrance of orchids.".

"令月" means "a good month to start anything" from late February to early April, around this time of year.

Let's start a smooth school life as a new class, a new classmate and a member of a new school year with a new feeling.
And I recommend you start a "New Initiatives" that hasn't happened before. Now it's "a good month to start anything with a gentle breeze".

Goal of high school life

●Consider the 1st grade (self-understanding) "What do you want to do in the future?" and set your goals.

●2nd grade (self-development): It's time to decide on specific career options, understand "What should I do?" towards them, encourage yourself, and work hard.

●Act proactively (Think and judge on your own) and make it happen in order to achieve your 3rd grade (self-realization) career choice.

3学年校内実力テスト 4月12日

　進路指導部では、皆さんのこれからの進路決定までの1つの指標として「第1回3学年校内実力テスト」を重視します。この3学年第1回校内実力テストは、3年生の学校の成績に加味することはもちろんのこと、進学においては、推薦受験希望者の校内選考重要データ、一般受験希望者においては現状の個人学力の把握、就職においては、校内選考の参考データとして取り扱います。進路決定の戦い（受験）は、すでに始まっています。出遅れてしまうと致命傷となります。

　学校の定期試験と進学模擬試験、就職模擬試験の大きな違いは、出題範囲の違いです。模擬試験は範囲がひろいため、時間を掛けて継続的な学習を進めていかなければいけません。日々の学習が一番大切となります。問題が難しいという人がいます。しかし、すべてが難しいということはありません。定期考査で出題される難易度の問題が、約6割は出題されています。その6割を確実に解けるようにしていきましょう（約6割⇒全国偏差値55以上）。3年生では特に進学模擬試験、就職模擬試験に対応する力を身に付けることを目的にしなければなりません。

The career guidance division emphasizes "1st 3rd Grade School Assessment" as one of the indicators for your future career guidance decision. In addition to taking into account the results of the third year's school, this third year's first intra-school proficiency test will be used as important data for students who wish to take the entrance exam on recommendation, as a reference data for students who wish to take the general entrance exam, as well as for students who wish to take the general entrance exam and as reference data for the intra-school entrance exam. The battle for career progression (examination) has already begun. If you are late, it will be fatal injury.

The big difference between regular exams, mock entrance exams, and mock employment exams is the range of questions. As the range of the mock examination is wide, we have to continue learning over time. Daily learning is the most important. Some people say the problem is difficult. But not everything is difficult. About 60% of the questions on the difficulty level of regular examinations are questions. Make sure you solve 60% of that (About 60% ⇒ National deviation value of 55 or more). In the third year, the purpose must be to acquire the ability to deal with the mock entrance examination and the mock employment examination.
