新型コロナウイルス感染防止のための春季休業期間の対応について

　現在のところ、新型コロナウイルスの感染者数が増え続けており、政府による安全宣言、新型コロナウイルス終息宣言、規制緩和など安全な方向が確認できません。従いまして、春季休業中（３月１５日～４月８日）の対応について以下の通りとしますので、ご理解・ご協力のほどよろしくお願い致します。

１．登校や連絡について
　　春季休業中は原則、登校することは出来ません。学校は平日の通常時間帯には先生がいますので、相談がある場合は電話で確認をしてください。スクールバスの運行もありません。
　　学校からの連絡は、メールやホームページを通して連絡を致します。

２．部活動について
　　部活動についても春季休業期間は、対外試合、交流などの活動を含め活動を休止します。

３．春季休業期間中における生徒の外出について
　　不要不急の外出を避けて、体調の維持管理を心がけて下さい。特に大勢の人が集まる場所への出入りや、密閉された空間の出入りをしてはいけません。やむを得ない場合は必ずマスクの着用・手洗い・消毒液による手指の消毒を心がけ、感染症対策を万全に行って下さい。

４．今後の学校行事の対応について
　・3 月16 日（月）～　２年早期共通テスト学習会、１年難関大学合格対策講座　※中止とします。
　・3 月18 日（水）第１・２学年部会、進路説明会、尚志学級、進学対策父母の会　※中止とします。なお、資料は各学年から郵送致します。
　・4 月 9 日（木）始業式　※通常登校で実施の予定です。

以上の通りとなりますが、対応について変更が生じました場合は、３９メールやホームページにてお知らせ致します。

Measures to Prevent Novel Coronavirus Infection during the Spring Leave Period

　At present, the number of people infected with the new coronavirus continues to increase, and we cannot confirm the safe direction of the government's declaration of safety, declaration of the end of the new coronavirus, and deregulation. Therefore, we would like to ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding the (March 15 - April 8) during spring vacation.

1.About going to school and contacting
In principle, you cannot go to school during spring vacation. There is a teacher at school during normal hours on weekdays, so if you want to consult with him, please make sure by phone. There is no school bus service.
We will contact you via email or our website.

2.About Club Activities
Club activities, including external matches and exchanges, will be suspended during the spring break.

3.Student Outings during Spring Holidays
Please try to maintain and manage your physical condition by avoiding going out unnecessarily or suddenly. In particular, you should not enter or leave a place where many people gather or a closed space. If it is unavoidable, always wear a mask, wash your hands, and disinfect your fingers with disinfectant and take all possible measures against infectious diseases.

4.Response to future school events
　・March 16 (Mon) - 2 Year Early Common Test Study Session, 1 Year Difficult University Acceptance Program Course * Cancelled.
　・March 18 (Wed) 1st and 2nd grade committees, career guidance meeting, Shoshi grade, parents' meeting for preparation for higher education * cancelled. Materials will be mailed from each grade.
　・April 9th (Thu) Opening ceremony * It will be held at regular school.

As described above, we will inform you of any changes in our response by 39 mail or on our website.

現役初、女子初、令和初、２年連続初の東北大学の合格です。
｛昨年度は東北大学医学部への合格者あり｝

Tohoku Univ., First-Ever Pass

This is the first time after passing directly on graduationthe, first female student, the first Reiwa graduate, and for the first time in two consecutive years.

新入生オリエンテーションの中止について

　このことにつきまして、連日報道されているとおり、国内において新型コロナウイルスに感染した事例が相次いでおります。このため尚志高等学校においても感染症への対策に努めていく必要があります。
　つきましては、３月に実施予定の新入生オリエンテーションに関して、以下のように対応することと致しますので、ご理解とご協力のほどお願い申し上げます。

１．「新入生オリエンテーション」と「学習・生活に関する調査」について

　　予定しておりました３月２３日（月）「新入生オリエンテーション」を中止とし、２４日（火）の「学習・生活に関する調査」については、入学後に実施することとして延期します。

２．「新入生オリエンテーション」で配布を予定していた書類等について

　　すでに入学手続きをされた方は、３月１７日（火）に学校から各ご家庭に郵送します。３月１７日（火）に入学手続きをされる方は、手続き時に配布致します。

３．提出書類について

　３月２３日（月）の新入生オリエンテーション時に提出を予定していたものについては直接学校に持参するか郵送での対応をお願い致します。

　◯学校持参の場合
　　３月２３日（月）～２４日（火）の９時００分～１５時００分に来校下さい。

　◯郵送の場合
　　３月２５日（水）まで必着です。

４．その他

　　相談等があれば学校持参の時にお話しいただくか、電話でお願い致します。なお、就学支援金、高校生活をするにあたっての説明、後援会からのお願いなどにつきましては、入学式当日に保護者の皆様へご説明致します。

【IMPORTANT】 CANCELLATION of freshman orientation

　As reported every day, there have been a number of cases of infection with the new coronavirus in Japan. Therefore, it is necessary for Shoshi High School to take measures against infectious diseases.
　With regard to the orientation for new students scheduled for March, we would like to ask for your understanding and cooperation as follows.

NOTICE

1.About "freshman orientation" and "Survey on learning and life"

　The scheduled "freshman orientation" on Monday, March 23 will be cancelled and the "Survey on learning and life" on Tuesday 24 will be postponed until after enrollment.

2.Documents planned to be distributed in "freshman orientation"

　If you have already completed the enrollment procedure, the school will mail it to your home on Tuesday, March 17. If you are going to apply for admission on Tuesday, March 17, we will distribute it at the time of application.

3.About Documents Submitted

　As for the items scheduled to be submitted at the orientation for new students on Monday, March 23, please bring them directly to the school or send them by mail.

　◯ In case you bring it to school
　　Please come to the school from 9:00 to 15:00 from Monday, March 23 to 24th (Tuesday).

　◯ In case of mailing
　　It must arrive by Wednesday, March 25.

4.Other

　If you have any questions, please talk to us when you bring your school or call us. In addition, we will explain the enrollment support fund, explanation about high school life, and requests from the support group to parents on the day of the enrollment ceremony.
