学校再開の連絡について
このことにつきまして、現在まで分散登校・午前授業を行ってきましたが、予定通り６月１日（月）より学校再開いたします。
再開にあたっては、生徒の安全・安心を考慮しながら、学校を運営して参ります。
ご理解、ご協力のほどお願い申し上げます。
記
１．学校再開日
６月１日（月）通常登校・通常時間帯で行います。
２．時間割
正式時間割（ホームページに掲載）で実施です。
３．登校にあたって
①毎朝、生徒の健康観察（家庭での検温と体調不良の有無の確認）をお願いします。
②学校生活においてはマスク着用となります。
４．その他
◯スクールバスは、登・下校とも通常です。
◯部活動も同様に再開しますが、段階的に活動していきます。
○休校により授業が出来なかった分の授業時数の補充や履修内容の確実な定着のため、
前期の学校行事と夏季休業日を変更します。決定次第連絡します。

To All Students and Parents,
As for this matter, we have conducted morning classes and distributed school attendance until now, but the school will resume on Monday, June 1 as scheduled.

Monday, June 1: Normal school attendance and normal time.
2.Timetable
It will be held on the official schedule (Posted on the website).
3.On the way to school
(1) Students should be observed for their health every morning
(Temperature measurement at home and confirmation of physical condition).
(2) Mask must be worn during school life.
4.Other
◯ School bus is normal for going to and from school.
◯ Club activities will resume as well, but they will be gradually active.
○ In order to supplement the number of classes that cannot be held due to the absence of school, and to ensure that the contents of the courses are firmly entrenched, school event of the first semester and the summer holiday will be changed. We will let you know as soon as I decide.

すぐ役に立つものよりも...
先日ある大学の入試担当者（理系学部）から伺った話です。専門学校に行くよりも大学に行くことを進めたいというお話でした。
『専門学校での２年間で学ぶのは、そのときの最先端の技術。あくまで「そのときのもの」で、しかも技術のみに終始してしまい、少し時がたてば使えなくなります。一方、大学で学ぶのは、最先端の技術を作り続けられる理論や考え方。すぐには役に立たなくても、何年先でも使える力です。もちろん、最先端を吸収し続ける人であれば、専門学校を出た後でも問題ないと思います。逆に大学を出ても学びを止めてしまった人は最先端からは置き去りにされてしまいます。』
いずれにしても、変化の激しい時代、人生１００年時代においては、学び続ける力は必須であることに違いはないのですが、気を付けたいのは「すぐに役に立つもの」に飛びついてしまうこと。さすがは最先端に触れ続けている大学の先生だなと、勉強させられました。

I was made to study that you are a university teacher who continues to touch the cutting edge.

オープンキャンパスはオンラインで
新型コロナウィルス感染拡大の影響で、オープンキャンパスや進学説明会をオンラインで行うことを決定している大学が増えています。
東北大学は進学説明会特設サイトを開設、桜美林大学はZOOMを使ってのガイダンスや、LINEを使った入試個別相談会を実施しています。

この他にも法政大学や郡山女子大学なども、オンラインでの相談会やオープンキャンパスを実施しています。緊急事態宣言が緩和に向かっていますが、まだまだ油断ができない状況。特に３年生は入試そのものも含めて今後の変更に関する情報を集めるようにしましょう。

Open campuses online
Due to the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, an increasing number of universities have decided to hold open campuses and orientation sessions online.
Tohoku University has set up a special site for information sessions on advancing to higher education, and Obirin University has been providing guidance using ZOOM and individual counseling sessions for entrance exams using LINE.

時代の期待（企業の８６％が...）
企業の８６％が採用面接をオンラインで実施
アメリカのGartnerの調査によると、米企業の約86％が、採用に向けた選考に向けた選考をする際にオンライン面接を利用したそうです。そしてGartnerは今後ソーシャルディスタンス確保が求められなくなっても、オンライン採用活動は当たり前になる可能性があると指摘しています。
また、先行きが不透明な中、採用計画の見直しも進んでいるようです。たとえば、44％が候補者の勤務開始日を遅らせ、31％はインターシップ受け入れを取りやめ。63％は、採用予定だった職種の半数以上を凍結させたとのことです。
アメリカの例ではありますが、日本でも似たことが起こるのは容易に想像できますよね。

86% of companies conduct job interviews online
According to a recent Gartner study, about 86% of U.S. companies used online interviews in their hiring decisions. As Gartner points out, even when social distance is no longer a requirement, online recruitment may become the norm.
In addition, the review of the employment plan seems to be progressing in the uncertain future. For example, 44% delayed the candidate's start date, and 31% stopped accepting internships. 63% said they froze more than half of the jobs they planned to hire.

6月分のスクールバス定期券について
緊急事態宣言延長による休校に伴い、すでに4月分のスクールバスの定期券を購入された方は、5月末日まで乗降できます。
なお、６月分の定期券は、５月２０日（水）から手続きができます。
School Bus Pass for June
As the school is closed due to the extension of the emergency declaration, those who have already purchased the school bus commuter pass for April can get on and off until the end of May.
You can apply for the commuter pass for June from Wednesday, May 20.

分散登校 ２日目
昨日は分散登校の２日目で、一昨日自宅で学習していた生徒のみなさんが登校し、学習や面談を行いました。
みなさんうれしそうな顔で先生や友人と学習に取り組んでいました。面談もソーシャルディスタンスを取って行われました。
Yesterday was the second day of decentralized schooling, and the students who were studying at home the day before yesterday went to school to study and interview.
Everyone was working on learning with teachers and friends with happy faces. Interviews were also conducted with social distance.
