世界大学ランキング日本のトップは??

　ＴＨＥ（Times Higher Education）世界大学ランキングの日本版2020が発表されました。教育充実度、教育成果、国際性など様々な指標を点数化してその合計で総合ランキングを算出していて、多くの大学ランキングの中でもかなり信頼できるものです。

　今年は東京大学や京都大学を抑えて 東北大学 >> が１位にランクイン。国際性でこの２つの大学に差をつけました。ちなみに世界版では少し基準が変わってくるので、東京大が36位、京都大が65位、東北大学は251-300位に甘んじています。世界のトップはオックスフォード大（英国）、２位カリフォルニア工科大（米国）、３位ケンブリッジ大（英国）と続きます。

　偏差値ランクではあまり高くなくても、日本版ランキングで上位に入る大学も多くあります。大学選びのひとつの参考にしてみては？

The World University of THE (Times Higher Education) Ranking 2020 in Japan has been announced. The overall ranking is calculated by scoring various indicators such as educational quality, educational achievements, and internationality, and it is quite reliable among many university rankings.

This year, Tohoku University >> ranked first, ahead of Tokyo University and Kyoto University. We have set ourselves apart from these two universities in terms of internationality. In the world version, the standard changes a little, so Tokyo University is ranked 36th, Kyoto University 65th, and Tohoku University 251 to 300. The world's top universities are Oxford University (United Kingdom), 2nd California Institute of Technology (United States), and 3rd Cambridge University (United Kingdom).

There are many universities that are not so high in the deviation value ranking but are high in the Japanese version ranking. How about using it as a reference when choosing a university?

４月分を購入されていない方は、学校再開の初日の登校時まで旧定期券で乗車が可能ですので、学校再開の当日に事務室にて当月分を購入してください。

新型コロナウイルス感染拡大防止に向けた緊急事態宣言にともなう休校について

　春暖の候、保護者の皆様にはますますご健勝のこととお慶び申し上げます。平素より、尚志高校の教育にご理解とご協力を賜り、厚く御礼申し上げます。
　本日、報道されているとおり、緊急事態宣言が福島県に出されました。生徒の皆さんおよびご家族の健康、安全を最優先とし、感染症への対策に努めていく必要があるため、明日４月１８日（土）から５月１０日（日）までの期間を休校と致します。新学期のスタートにあたり、いろいろとご心配をお掛けしますが休校措置など以下のように対応することとしますのでご理解、ご協力のほどお願い申し上げます。

記

１．休校の期間
　・４月１８日（土）から５月１０日（日）までの期間を休校とします。
　　５月１１日（月）から登校再開日といたしますが、今後も様々な状況の変化が予想されます。
　　その都度、「39メール」>> や「本校公式ホームページ」>> にてお知らせを致します。
　・休校の期間中は自宅学習となりますので、各教科、家庭での学習に力を入れて下さい。
　・学校からはMetaMojiやClassiで休校期間中の学習の内容が定期的に指示されます。
　　スタディサプリ >> をはじめ MetaMoji >> 、Classi >> を常に確認して学習に励んで下さい。
　　なお、各ご家庭のWi-Fi環境などにより、課題の指示方法を替えるよう対応します。

２．登校や連絡について　休校中は原則、登校することは出来ません。
　　学校は平日の午前中には先生がいますので、相談がある場合は電話で確認をして下さい。
　　スクールバスの運行はありません。学校からの連絡は、メール やホームページを通して連絡を致します。

３．部活動について　
　　部活動についても休校期間は、対外試合、交流などの活動を含め活動を休止します。

４．休校期間中における外出について
　　不要不急の外出を避けて、体調の維持管理を心がけて下さい。　特に「密閉空間であり換気が悪い」
　「手の届く距離に多くの人がいる」「近距離での会話や発声がある」この３つの条件の場を避けて
　下さい。外出の際には必ずマスクの着用・手洗い・消毒液による手指の消毒を心がけ、感染症対策を
　万全に行って下さい。

５．今後の学校行事の対応について
　　４月２１日（火）～　面接週間　→　延期します。
　　５月　１日（金）３年進路行事　→　延期とします。
　　５月　７日（木）生徒総会・壮行会　→　延期とします。
　　５月１５日（金）後援会総会、進対父母の会、１・２学年部会、学級懇談、尚志学級、授業参観　
　　　　　　　　　　→　すべて中止とします。※郵送にて、それぞれの役員会等で決定した内容を送付します。

６．その他
　　休校期間中、毎日の健康観察をお願い致します。発熱や風邪症状で医療機関などへ受診した場合は
　クラス担任まで連絡をお願い致します。

　新型コロナウイルスについては日々状況が変化しているため、必要に応じて上記の内容を変更したり、
新たな事項を追加したりすることもありますのでご承知おきください。

　We wish you all the best during the warm spring season. I would like to thank you for your continued understanding and cooperation in the education of Shoshi High School.
　As reported yesterday, a declaration of a state of emergency was issued to Fukushima Prefecture. The school will be closed from Saturday, April 18 to Sunday, May 10 for the purpose of giving top priority to the health and safety of students and their families and taking measures against infectious diseases. We apologize for any concerns you may have about the start of the new term, but we will take the following measures, such as closing school, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

NOTICE

1.Period of school closure
　School will be closed from Saturday, April 18 to Sunday, May 10.
　School will resume on Monday, May 11, but various changes are expected in the future.
　You will be notified at "39 Mail" >> and "Official site of Shoshi High School" >> each time.
　During school holidays, students will have to study at home, so please focus on each subject and study at home.
　Students are regularly instructed by the school to study at MetaMoji and Classi during school holidays.
　Always check and study "MetaMoji" >> and "Classi" >> , including "Study Suppli" >> .
　Depending on the Wi-Fi environment of your home, we will change the way to instruct the task.

2.As a general rule, you cannot go to school while the school is closed.
　The school has teachers in the morning on weekdays, so if you have any questions, please call them to check.
　There is no school bus service. We will contact you via email or our website.

3.About Club Activities
　Club activities, including external matches and exchanges, will be suspended during the school holidays.

4.Outings during school holidays
　Please try to maintain and manage your physical condition by avoiding going out unnecessarily or suddenly. In particular, avoid places with these 3 conditions: "It is a closed space and ventilation is poor.", "There are many people within reach.", and "having close speech or speech". When going out, be sure to wear a mask, wash your hands, and disinfect your fingers with disinfectant, and take all possible measures against infectious diseases.

5.Response to future school events

　Please observe your health every day during the school closure. Please contact your classroom teacher if you visit a medical institution for fever or cold symptoms.
　Please note that the situation regarding the new coronavirus is changing every day, and we may change the above information or add new information if necessary.

緊急事態宣言発令（４月１６日）後の寮における新型コロナウイルス感染防止の対応について

　令和２年４月１６日に発令されました緊急事態宣言に従い、尚志高校が令和２年４月１８日（土）〜５月１０日（日）を臨時休校とすることに伴い、寮も閉鎖とします。部活動も臨時休校期間中は一切禁止となります。
　ただし、帰省することにより逆に感染の可能性が高いなど心配がある場合や帰省が困難な場合は、保護者の意向を部活動顧問が確認し、保護者の意向に沿った形で寮に残ることも許可します。
　寮生のみなさん、寮生の保護者の皆様には、学習や部活動についての不安や心配があるかと存じますが、寮としましては、寮生の健康と寮生活の安全・安心を確保するため、最大限の対応をして参りたいと考えておりますので、下記の内容につきましてご理解ご協力くださいますよう、よろしくお願い致します。

記

１．帰省する場合
　①実家に帰省する場合には、保護者などの自家用車を利用することを原則とする。
　②やむを得ず公共交通機関を利用する場合も、マスク着用・手洗いの徹底をするなど、感染防止対策を徹底
　　して帰省をする。
　③帰省後は、帰寮日までの期間について、日常的な感染防止対策を徹底して行い、不要不急の外出を一切行
　　わず、朝晩の検温・健康状態チェックを確実に行ってチェックシートに記入し、免疫力を高める生活をする。
　（検温・健康状態チェックは、毎日記入後保護者の確認印を毎日受ける。）
　④帰寮日は、５月７日（木）〜９日（土）までの期間とし、入寮する前に検温・健康状態チェックシートに
　　より、帰省期間に健康状態に異常がなかったかどうか、現在も異常がないかどうかを確実に確認して入寮を
　　許可する。
　　※今回は、帰省期間中の検温並びに健康状態チェックシートにより健康観察を行い、帰寮後に2週間の隔離
　　生活による健康観察は行わない。

２．寮に残る場合
　①帰省者と同様に日常的な感染防止対策を徹底して行い、不要不急の外出を一切行わず、朝晩の検温・健康
　　状態チェックを確実に行ってチェックシートに記入し、免疫力を高める生活をする。
　　（検温・健康状態チェックは、記入後寮当直者の確認印を毎日受ける。）
　②部活動は禁止であるが、９：００〜１５：００までの間は、第１グランド・第２グラウンドにおいて
　　２時間以内のランニング等の体力維持のための個人的な運動は許可する。体育館やトレーニング室などの
　　屋内の使用は一切許可しない。
　③食事は、通常通りのメニューと時間帯に提供する。　

３．帰省先で、寮生本人や家族が感染した場合、又は濃厚接触者となった場合
　①基本的には、保健所の指示に従う。
　　※感染した場合、病院を退院後自宅で2週間の健康観察を行い異常が無い場合に帰寮を許可することになり
　　ます。感染した場合は1ヶ月程度は、寮には戻れません。
　　※寮生本人・家族が感染及び濃厚接触者となった場合は、速やかに学校に連絡をお願いします。

　②保健所から本人や家族が濃厚接触者として判断された場合は、判断後2週間の検温・健康状態チェック
　　シートの項目に異常が無い場合は、帰寮を許可する。異常が認められた場合は、保健所の指示に従う。
　③本人や家族が濃厚接触者として判断され、自宅待機を要請された場合で、休校期間を超えて学校を休むこと
　　になった場合は、学校は出席停止扱いとなる。

４．寮内で、寮生本人が感染した場合、又は濃厚接触者となった場合
　①基本的には、保健所の指示に従う。
　　※感染した場合、病院を退院後そのまま帰省し、自宅で2週間の健康観察を行い異常が無い場合に帰寮を許可
　　することになります。感染した場合は１ヶ月程度は、寮には戻れません。
　②保健所から本人が濃厚接触者として判断された場合は、すぐに別施設又は寮内で隔離後2週間の検温・健康
　　状態チェックシートの項目に異常が無い場合は、通常の寮生活を許可する。異常が認められた場合は、
　　保健所の指示に従う。
　③本人が濃厚接触者として判断され、別施設又は寮内での隔離を要請された場合で、休校期間を超えて学校を
　　休むことになった場合は、学校は出席停止扱いとなる。

＜確認＞
〇寮内での新型コロナウイルス感染症予防対策
　①毎朝寮生の登校後(又はに、寮職員が寮内の消毒を行う。
　②寮生全員が、感染症対策として、うがい、手洗い、体調管理を徹底して行う。
　③寮生全員が、不要不急の外出を一切行わない。やむを得ず外出する場合は、必ずマスクを着用する。
　④寮生全員が、毎朝晩検温と健康チェックを行う。
　⑤寮の入り口にアルコール消毒液を準備し、帰寮時に手指の消毒を行う。

なお、寮の対応につきましては、今後の政府の方針や全国の感染拡大状況によりまして変更する場合がござい

In accordance with the emergency declaration issued on April 16, 2020, the dormitory will be closed for the period from Saturday, April 18, 2020 to Sunday, May 10. Club activities are also prohibited during temporary school holidays.

However, if there is a high possibility of infection by returning home, or if it is difficult to return home, the club activity advisor will check the parents' intention and allow them to stay in the dormitory according to their wishes.

We understand that the residents and their guardians have concerns and concerns about learning and club activities, but we will do our utmost to ensure the health of the residents and the safety and security of their lives.

NOTICE

1.When returning home
① When returning to one's parents' home, it is a general rule to use a private car such as a parent's car.
② If you are forced to use public transportation, take thorough measures to prevent infection, such as wearing masks and washing your hands, and return home.
③ After returning home, thoroughly implement daily infection prevention measures until the return day, do not go out unnecessarily or urgently, and check the temperature and health condition in the morning and evening without fail.
Fill out the blanks and live a life that enhances immunity.
(After filling out the temperature and health checks every day, parents must receive a confirmation stamp every day.)
④ The day to return to the dormitory is from Thursday, May 7 to 9th (Sat), and according to the temperature measurement and health condition check sheet before entering the dormitory, whether there was any abnormality in the health condition during the return period, as of now.
After confirming whether there is no abnormality, the dormitory is permitted.
*In this case, health observation is conducted using the temperature and health condition check sheet during the homecoming period, and after returning to the dormitory, health observation is not conducted in isolation for two weeks.

2.If you stay in the dormitory
① As with returnees, daily infection prevention measures should be thoroughly implemented, and all unnecessary and non-urgent outings should be avoided. The temperature and health status should be checked in the morning and evening, and the check sheet should be filled in. Immunity should be maintained.

② If the person or family member is judged as a close contact person by the public health center, the person or family member is allowed to return to the dormitory if there are no abnormalities in the temperature and health check sheets for two weeks after the judgment. There is an abnormality. If so, follow the instructions of the public health center.

③ If the student or his/her family is judged to be a close contact and is asked to stay at home, the school will be suspended if he/she is absent from school for longer than the period during which the school is closed.

4.When the resident himself/herself is infected or has become a close contact person within the dormitory
① Basically, follow the instructions of the public health center.
*If you get infected, you will leave the hospital and go home directly, and you will be allowed to return to the dormitory if there is no abnormality after 2 weeks of health observation at home. If you get infected, it takes about a month, you can't go back to the dormitory.
② If the person is judged by the public health center to be a close contact person, and if there is no abnormality in the items on the temperature and health check sheet for two weeks after isolation in another facility or dormitory immediately, an ordinary dormitory student. The activity is permitted. If any abnormalities are observed, follow the instructions of the public health center.
③ If a person is judged to be a close contact and is requested to be isolated in another facility or dormitory, and the person is absent from school beyond the school holiday period, the school will be suspended.

Measures to prevent new coronavirus infections in the dormitory
① After the students of the dormitory come to school every morning (or the dormitory staff disinfects the inside of the dormitory.
② All residents in the dormitory should gargle, wash their hands and take care of their health to prevent infectious diseases.
③ All residents of the dormitory do not go out of the house for any reason. Always wear a mask when going out.
④ All the students in the dormitory check their temperature and health every morning and evening.
⑤ Alcohol disinfectant is prepared at the entrance of the dormitory, and hands are disinfected when returning to the dormitory.
