後期中間考査迫る

~確かな学力を身に付けよう~

 後期期中間考査が11月28日(木)からスタートします。残り10日間となりました。以前の進路だよりに書いた通り、学校の「定期考査」は、単なる実力を試すだけの「試験」ではなく、普段からの努力によって「どのくらいの知識や技術、学力を身に付けたか」を評価するために行います。特に、3年生で受験が終わり、上級学校合格や企業の内定獲得など、自分の進路がある程度決まった生徒の中には、学習をおろそかにしてしまう人も居るかもしれません。普段からガイダンスなどで伝えているように、まずは、「高校を卒業すること」また「卒業後に進路先での学習や企業の業務に付いていくこと」が重要では無いでしょうか? 皆さんに言えることですが、 「これからのこと」を想像してみて下さい。

 3年生は、例えば、2月の自宅学習期間に、他の3年生は、一般入試の受験や進学先への入学準備、就職の準備や自動車運転免許の取得等に励んでいる中、「卒業できるかどうか」を心配しながら、追認考査を受けることになるかもしれない・・・。もし、卒業後に、何らかの理由で「調査書」が必要となったとき、最終的な成績が基準を満たさず、受験することが出来なかったら・・・。 1・2年生は、推薦やAO入試で上級学校の受験をしようとしたとき、出願するために必要な評定が足りなかったら・・・。就職を希望する会社を受験するとき、「他の受験生よりも評定が低い」と判断されてしまったら・・・。

 そのような事態を避けるためにも、また、純粋に自分の成績を上げていくためにも、中間考査へ向けて真剣に取り組んでいきましょう。

The second semester of the year is approaching.
~ Get a solid academic ability ~

Midterm examinations for the second semester will start on Thursday, November 28. You have 10 days left. As we wrote in my previous career path, the "regular examination" of a school is not just a "test" to test one's ability, but to evaluate "How much knowledge, skills and academic ability have you acquired?" by one's usual efforts. In particular, some students who finish their examinations in their third year and have decided on their own course to some extent, such as passing advanced schools or obtaining job offers from companies, may neglect their studies. As we usually say in guidance, isn't "graduating from high school" and "To keep up with studies and company work in the future after graduation" important first? As we can tell you, imagine "What will happen in the future".

For example, the 3rd grade students might take a confirmation test during their home study period in February, while the other 3rd grade students might take a general entrance examination, prepare for entrance to school, prepare for employment, and obtain a driver's license, while worrying about "can you graduate?". If, after graduation, you need a "investigation report" for some reason, and your final grade does not meet the standard and you cannot take the exam... For 1st and 2nd graders, when they try to take an entrance examination for a higher level school by recommendation or AO entrance examination, if the evaluation required to apply is insufficient... When you take the exam for the company you want to work for, you are judged as "He has a lower rating than other students."...

In order to avoid such a situation, and in order to improve your performance purely, let's make a serious effort toward midterm examinations.

【締切 11/20】冬期講習会の本申込み（総合進学・情報総合科）

普通科総合進学コース・情報総合科の生徒を対象にした冬期講習会の本申込みを１１月１４日（木）～１１月２０日（水）の日程で行います。この冬期講習会は，１年生、２年生に対して模擬試験レベルの問題対策、３年生に対しては、大学入試センター試験等の入試問題対策を目的に実施をします。より多くの生徒が受講して、自分の進路達成を図っていってもらいたいと考えています。
なお、普通科特別進学コースの生徒は既に、本申込みが完了しています。

＜冬期講習会＞

　１．実施日：１２月２０日（金）～１２月２６日（木）の土日を除く５日間

　２．開講講座：１年生（国語，数学，英語）
　　　２年生（国語（現代文or 古典），数学（数学ⅠＡ or 数学ⅡＢ），英語）
　　　３年生（国語（現代文or 古典），数学（数学ⅠＡ or 数学ⅡＢ），英語）

　３．開講時間：１講座６０分
　　（１校時：9:00 ～ 10:00、２校時：10:15 ～ 11:15、３校時：11:30 ～ 12:30 ）

　４．受講費用：１講座１，０００円（テキスト代込み）
　　　※受講費用は、後日配布する「払込票」による納入をお願いします。

　５．申込期日：１１月２０日（水）まで学級担任に申込をする。

　６．その他：
　　① 受講希望人数が少ない講座は開講しません。
　　② ２年・３年の数学は「数学ⅠＡ」か「数学ⅡＢ」から１つ、
　　　国語は「現代文」か「古典」から１つ選択となります。
　　「数学ⅠＡ」と「数学ⅡＢの同時受講、「現代文」と「古典」の同時受講はできません。　
　　③ 数学ⅡＢは理系の生徒のみ受講することができます。
　　④ 冬期講習会の申込みについての相談は、第２職員室の古河裕史先生までお願いします。
　　⑤ 時間割は、開講講座が決定してから発表します。

Application for winter training session (General Course/Information Course)

Applications for winter courses for students of the General Course and the Information General Course will be made from November 14 (Thu) to Wednesday, November 20. 　3. Opening hours: 1 course 60 minutes
　　(1: 9:00 ～ 10:00, 　2: 10:15 ～ 11:15, 　3: 111:30 ～ 12:30)

　4. Attendance: 1 course 1,000 yen (text allowance)
　　* Please pay the tuition fee by "payment slip" which will be distributed later.

　5. Application date: Apply to class homeroom teacher until Wednesday, November 20.

　6. Other:
　　1 We will not hold a course with a small number of applicants.
　　2 For 2nd and 3rd grade, you can choose 1 from "Mathematical IIIB" or "Mathematical IA",
　　　and for Japanese you can choose 1 from "modern writing" or "Classical".
　　　You cannot take "Mathematical IA" "modern writing" and "Classical" at the same time.
　　3 Math IIB is available for science students only.
　　4 Please ask Mr. Furukawa in the second teacher's room about the application for the
　　　winter course.
　　5 Schedule will be announced after the opening course is decided.

11月17日(日)の登校用・下校用のスクールバスについて

全国高校サッカー選手権大会福島県大会決勝に進出したため,令和元年11月17日(日)のスクールバスの運行は下記の通りです。当日スクールバス利用の生徒は,必ず確認をして乗り遅れのないようにして下さい。

(登校用)
①系統~⑤系統:平日の1時間遅れ各停留所出発
⑥系統(泉崎,矢吹,須賀川方面):平日の通常通りの時刻で出発(1時間遅れではありません)

※福島駅伝の時間と重なってしまうため,⑥系統は,平日の通常通りの時刻で出発です。
※当日,福島駅伝のため,泉崎村のさつき公園の駐車場に入ることができません。スクールバスは, 出発時刻の6時50分頃に,泉崎村のさつき公園の駐車場付近の路上に停車します。泉崎村のさつき公園から乗車する生徒は,バスが到着したら速やかに乗車して下さい。

　さて、この度の「第４５回福島県私学振興大会」に際しましては、大会参加要請をお願い申し上げましたところ、ご多忙にもかかわらずご参加・ご協力を頂きまして誠にありがとうございました。
また、私学助成のための請願署名活動も福島県全体で239,000名余り、本校におきましては、目標には及びませんでしたが、19,000名余りの署名ご協力を頂き、大会とあわせましての役割を果たせたものと思っております。

Thank you very much for your kindness in the beginning of winter.
We would like to express our gratitude for your understanding and cooperation in our school's education and support group activities.
As for the "The 45 Fukushima Prefecture Private School Promotion Convention", we would like to ask you to participate in the competition. Thank you very much for your cooperation and participation despite your busy schedule.
In addition, a petition signing activity for assistance to private schools was carried out by more than 239,000 people in Fukushima Prefecture, which was not in line with our goal. 英語成績提供システムの延期と今後へ向けて

進路だより前号（Ｎｏ２５）でもお知らせした通り「英語成績提供システム」を用いた「外部英語検定入試」について、「２０２４年度から実施する」という見送り方針が打ち出されたことにより、文部科学大臣から、全国の高校生・保護者へ向けて「受験生をはじめとした高校生、保護者の皆様へ」という文書が公開されました。

この内容を受けて、既に受験に関わる英語検定の予約申込みを始めていた実用英語検定協会では、予約金返金などへの対応が検討され始まっています。

しかし、まだまだ、詳細内容が未発表であるため、今後の動きに注目していく必要があります。進路指導部でも、情報が入り次第、随時お知らせしていきますので、見逃さないようにお願いします。

Postponement and Future of English Achievement System

As for the "Implement from fiscal 2024" "external English proficiency examination" using "English grading system" as announced in the previous issue of (No 25) for career path, MEXT released a document entitled "To high school students and their parents including students preparing for entrance exams" to high school students and their parents nationwide.

In response to this, the Association for Practical English Proficiency Test, which has already started to apply for reservations for English proficiency tests related to entrance exams, is considering measures such as refunding reservations.

However, details have not yet been released, so we need to keep an eye on future developments.　The career guidance department will let you know as soon as they receive information, so please don't miss it.

大学・企業訪問（１年普通科総合進学コース・情報総合科）

１年生の普通科総合進学・情報総合科の生徒を対象として、１１月５日（火）と１１月７日（木）の２回に分けて、総合的な探求の時間の一環で「大学・企業見学」を行いました。

企業見学を通して、社会でこれから求められる人材や、必要な資質について考え、そのために上級学校へ進学することの意義を考えるきっかけ作りを目的として実施しています。

上級学校進学後の就職へ向けても、自らの選択が繋がっていくことを意識し、今後の系・コース選択や、高校卒業後の進路選択を進めていきましょう。

Visits to universities and companies

On Tuesday, November 5 and Thursday, November 7, 1st grade students in the General Course and the General Information Course took part in the "Visits to universities and companies" as part of their comprehensive research.

The purpose of this program is to encourage people to think about what kind of human resources are needed and what qualities are needed in society, and to think about the significance of going on to senior high school.

Be aware that your choices will be linked to your job after you enter a senior high school, so let's proceed with selecting a course or a course in the future and choosing a career after graduating from high school.
