主体性評価で大切なのは、「◯◯をした」ではなく...
主体性評価とは、入試において、主体性をもって学ぶ態度を評価するものです。一昔前の調査書や推薦書などでは「□□部に入って３年間活動した」ということそのものが評価されていましたが、大学入試改革においては「〇〇という活動を通して△△という学びや気づきを得られた」というところまで評価をします。
この「〇〇」に当てはまるものは、部活動や課外活動だけに限りません。日常生活の小さなことでもかまいません。要は、どのような経験でもそれを学びにつなげることができる人間なのかどうか。大学側が評価したいのはそういう観点です。
何か活動や経験をするのであれば、ただ参加するのではもったいない。より良いものにするために主体的に動き、そこから気づきや学びを得ようとする姿勢が大切です。そこから自分が本当にやりたいことが見つかるかもしれません。今日から少し視点を変えてみませんか？

The point is not what you did but...
The evaluation of initiative is an evaluation of your attitude towards learning with initiative. In the past, the fact that you joined a certain club and participated in activities for three years was evaluated in survey forms and recommendation letters, but in the reform of university admissions, we evaluate even "what you learned or realized through certain activities".
This is not limited to club and extracurricular activities. It can be anything, even small things in your daily life. The bottom line is whether or not you are able to learn from any experience. That's what the university wants to evaluate.
If you're going to take part in an activity or experience, it's a waste to just participate. It's important that you take the initiative to make things better, and that you have the attitude to notice and learn from the experience. From there, you may find what you really want to do. Why not change your perspective a little today?

配水管更新工事に伴う本校の対応とご協力のお願い
日頃より本校教育に対してご理解とご協力をいただき感謝申し上げます。さて、この度本校正門前道路（校門前市道）の水道配水管更新工事が実施されます。下記期間中、片側交互通行または一時通行止めとなるため、生徒の安全面への配慮から道路のご利用はできる限りお控えいただきたいと思います。
また、この期間は、本校周辺道路への交通規制（迂回路の確保）が入ります。特に本校北側道路が迂回路の一部となるため朝夕の登下校時には生徒送迎のみならず、スクールバスの運行も重なる上、一般車両の通行が増大することにより混雑が予想されます。このため、すべての生徒の安全確保の面から、自家用車による送迎の際、北側道路のご利用はご遠慮いただき、第3駐車場をご利用ください。
尚、第4駐車場につきましては、車輌の出入の際大変危険ですので、ご利用はお控えください（第２駐車場は利用不可とさせていただきます）。
さらに、この期間のスクールバスにつきましては、すべてバスプールからの発着を予定しております。登下校時には多くの生徒が学校前道路を横断しますので、登下校時の混雑時にはこれまで以上のご注意をお願いいたします。以上ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。

Cooperation with school for water pipe replacement
We would like to thank you for your continued understanding and cooperation with our school. The water pipes will be replaced on the road in front of our school's main gate (the city road in front of the school gate). For the safety of our students, we would like to ask you to refrain from using the road as much as possible as it will be closed during this period.
During this period, there will also be traffic restrictions on the roads around the school. The road to the north of the school will be part of the detour, which will be used not only to pick up and drop off students in the morning and evening, but also to transport school buses to and from school, which will increase the number of vehicles, causing congestion. To ensure the safety of all students, please refrain from using the north side road and use the third parking lot.
In addition, please refrain from using Parking Lot 4 as it is very dangerous to drive vehicles in and out of the lot (Parking Lot 2 is not available).
In addition, all school buses will be departing from and arriving at the bus pool during this period. 保護者による自家用車での送迎について
自家用車の一部に送迎ルールが守られていないとのご指摘を在校生保護者より頂いております。
乗降場所は、早朝、放課後、平日、休日を問わず、北側道路（生徒自転車置き場側）でお願い致します。
(REQUEST to Parents) Transportation to and from school by car
We have received comments from some parents that the rules for picking up and dropping off students in private vehicles are not being followed.
Please pick up and drop off your child early in the morning, after school, on weekdays and on weekends on the north side of the road (on the side of the student bike parking lot).

時代の期待（県内の高齢者 過去最高）
9月21日は敬老の日でしたが、福島県内の65歳以上の高齢者は去年より約6,000人増え、８月１日現在57万8,839人で、人口に占める割合は32.1％（全国では28.4％）となっています。また、このうち100歳以上の高齢者は1,369人となっています。割合が高いのは、金山町の59.7％をはじめ、会津地方に多いようです。
医療の発展により「無病息災」から「１病息災」、つまり病気を抱えながら長生きをする時代と言われています。社会保障給付費（年金・医療・福祉その他）も年々増大しており、少子高齢化先進国である日本の政策は世界からも注目されています。
少子高齢化は、医療や福祉の道に進む人はもちろん、すべての業種で関わってくる課題です。どんな社会を築いていくべきか、考えてみませんか？

Record high for the elderly in Fukushima
September 21 was Respect-for-Senior-Citizens Day, and the number of people aged 65 and older in Fukushima Prefecture increased by about 6,000 from last year to 578,839 as of August 1, which is 32.1% of the total population (compared to 28.4% nationally). Of these, 1,369 were aged 100 years or older. The highest percentage seems to be in the Aizu region, including 59.7% in Kanayama town.
Due to the development of medical care, it is said that we are living a long life with a disease, or in other words, we are living a long life with a disease. 卒業生による職業講演（JAL)
9月23日（水）、1年生の総合的な探究の時間に「卒業生による職業講演」が行われました。
日本航空株式会社(JAL)>> の佐藤志保さんを講師に迎え、高校時代から現在までの話をお聞きし、今を一生懸命生きることの大切さを学びました。
On September 23, "Vocational Lecture by an Alumnus" was held as part of the 1st year students' Inquiry-Based Learning.
The lecturer was Shiho Sato of Japan Airlines Co., Ltd. and the students learned the importance of living life to the fullest by listening to her stories from her high school days to the present.
