第７４回福島県高等学校演劇コンクール

　皆さん、おはようございます。今回「降るような星空」で演出を務めさせて頂いた影山侑士です。

１２月４日～６日に「とうほう・みんなの文化センター」で行われた県高校演劇コンクールでは、コロナの影響により、家族や一般のお客様の入場ができない中でのコンクールとなりました。

　結果は優秀賞三席と演技賞を頂きました。東北大会へは出場することはできませんが、本番では練習や地区大会以上に最高の上演ができたと思っています。普段の練習では、コロナの影響で部活動がなかなかできず、練習時間も足りずに苦しい思いをしてきましたが、部員全員の頑張りで上記のような賞を頂くことができました。

　私は今回の演劇が初の演出で、不安や緊張により精神的にも押しつぶされそうになることがありました。しかし、上演直後は不思議ですが達成感が湧き、同時に清々しい気持ちになりました。結果を聞いたときは悔しい気持ちで一杯でしたが、大会が終わり今では安堵感と空虚感を感じています。また演出としての機会があれば、気持ちを切り替えて反省を活かしながら頑張っていきたいと思います。

　私たちの演じた「降るような星空」の世界観は、今の部員と顧問の先生、そして家族があってこその世界観です。私たちを支えてくれた皆さんに感謝いたします。今後も私たち尚志高校演劇部は、誠心誠意心を込めて劇づくりをし、観劇に来て下さる方々が「来て良かった」と思えるような劇づくりをしていきたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

The 74th Fukushima Prefecture High School Drama Contest

　Good morning, everyone. My name is Yuto Kageyama, and I was the director of "A Starry Sky for Falling Stars" .

　The prefectural high school drama competition was held from December 4 to 6 at the "Tohou Minna no Bunka Center" and due to the effects of covid-19, the competition was closed to families and the general public.

　As a result, we received three excellence awards and an acting award. Although we will not be able to participate in the Tohoku competition, I believe that we were able to give the best performance in the actual competition, even better than in practice and the regional competition. In our regular practices, we have been struggling with the lack of time to practice and not being able to do club activities due to Corona, but the hard work of all the members of the club made it possible for us to receive the above mentioned award.

　This was my first time directing a play, and there were times when I felt crushed mentally due to anxiety and nervousness. However, immediately after the performance, I felt a strange sense of accomplishment, and at the same time I felt refreshed. When I heard the results, I was filled with regret, but now that the competition is over, I feel a sense of relief and emptiness. If I have the opportunity to direct again, I will change my mind and do my best while making use of my reflection.

　The worldview of the "Falling Starry Skies" we played in was made possible by the current members of the club, our advisor, and our families. I would like to thank everyone who has supported us. In the future, we, the Shoshi High School Drama Club, will continue to put our hearts and souls into the creation of plays so that the people who come to see our plays will be glad that they came. Thank you very much for your support.
